Terms of Service
Effective 25 July 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Bracketr.gg.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Bracketr.gg, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location. A parent or guardian must approve use where required.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access. Do not misuse the service, interfere with competitions, impersonate others, upload unlawful material, probe security controls or use Bracketr to harm others.
3. Competitions and content
Competition organisers are responsible for their rules, eligibility decisions, schedules and prizes. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Bracketr permission to host, display and process it as needed to provide the service.
4. Connected services
You may connect services such as Google/YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Microsoft, Steam or Epic Games. Those services remain governed by their own terms and policies. Bracketr is not responsible for third-party availability or actions.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Bracketr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
6. Suspension, changes and contact
We may restrict access for breaches, security risks or legal requirements. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Questions can be submitted through our contact page.
